This one is about you, your relationships and your own capacity.
What you write in the app stays on your device.
Only if you talk to the assistant is that text sent to our server, and you can switch it off.
Here we only receive your email.
Most advice is about the person with ADHD. This is about you.
The app helps you understand ADHD in everyday life, and helps you protect your own mental capacity and wellbeing.
What you write stays on your phone. Only when you talk to the assistant is the text sent to our server to get an answer. If you switch the assistant off, nothing is sent. The other person never sees your answers, your thoughts or your conversations with the assistant. You can delete all of it whenever you want.
DopaGuide Partner is a wellness and self-help app. It gives no diagnosis and does not replace therapy or couples counselling.
It is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers, only questions about your everyday life.
Who is close to you, what takes up the most room right now, and how much you have to give. One question per screen.
Your answers point to the tools that match your everyday life. You are not put in a box.
You choose what to start with. You can pause and stop whenever you want.
One place to talk or type.
Ask what you wrote down. The assistant finds it and reads it aloud if you like.
Say it, and it goes on your reminder list with a reminder.
Pick a colour in the morning that the other person can see.
Coming: shared lists like Freezer and Loft, and a relief calendar you can share.
Concrete handles for the situations that keep coming back.
Say the hard thing so it can be heard.
If X happens, I do Y, for my own sake.
One owner per task: that is where it starts to work.
Give the worry a fixed slot: the rest of the day is yours.
For you, once the storm has passed, also when the apology never comes.
60 seconds of guided breathing.
15 tools in total, plus guided mini-courses at your own pace.
DopaGuide Partner is built by Mikkel, a family father with ADHD, in close collaboration with his wife Katrine. She is the one standing alongside, and she has had full control over every tool. Not an agency, not a clinic. The understanding comes from living with it, combined with research into how ADHD brains work. This is not treatment. These are tools for you, the one standing alongside.
